DISEASE AND TRAUMA WITHIN COLLAPSING INDUS CIVILISATION
During the third millennium BCE, the Indus Civilisation flourished in what is now northwest India and Pakistan. Between 2200-1900 BCE the culture was characterised by long-distance exchange networks, carefully planned urban settlements such as Harappa and Mohenjo Daro that had sophisticated sanitation facilities, standardised weights and measures, and a sphere of influence that extended over a million square kilometres of territory.
The culture was seemingly at its height when the end came (collapse attributed to climatic change) but recent research published in both the open access journal PLoS ONE and an earlier 2012 article in the International Journal of Palaeopathology has expanded on this hypothesis.
Slaughter House Canyon’s Creep Shack
Richard Trenton Chase (May 23, 1950 – December 26, 1980) was an American schizophrenic serial killer who killed six people in a span of a month in Sacramento, California. He was nicknamed “The Vampire of Sacramento” because he drank his victims’ blood and cannibalized their remains.
Bad Girls go to Hell (1965)
As a part of a new social project I have started, I need your help. All you need to do is listen to me.
You see this beautiful woman, right? She’s thin, has a nice and clear skin, pretty hair, nice red lips, eyes to drown in, an outfit that would make anyone look stunning.. Now I want you to look at this picture:
That’s the original picture. I photoshopped the picture that’s in the very beginning. I changed her weight, I changed her skin color and the texture of it, I gave her lips more color and last but not least I changed her eyes.
What my point is, is that the media outlets (such as magazines) change every single thing about the people you see in them. Every celebrity gets ‘fixed’. So what I want you to know is that you do not have to be a size 0 to be beautiful. You do not have to have a tanned skin. It is okay to have pimples, freckles, stretch marks, etc. You are you, and that’s good enough. Embrace you body. It’s a cliche, but it is true. Your body is merely a frame for personality. But it is so wonderful. So love yourself. Love your skin that has a few pimples on it, love your messy hair, love your eyes that can light up an entire room but you are not aware of it, love your size, love your freckles, love your pale skin. Love everything about yourself. It might be hard, but it is worth it. Your body is there just for you. Only you. It’s there to keep you alive and if that is not the most wonderful fucking thing, then I don’t know what is.
Remember that I love you all, and if you ever need someone to talk to you can hit me up :)
Lots of kisses and hugs to you!
